UnGLY means “un-ugly”, meaning it’s perfectly imperfect and imperfectly perfect. Everything made by hand has its excellences and flaws.

We wanted to represent the artisan nature of our breads, that it’s not mass-produced by a flawless machine and yet retains top, inspected quality.
